Shipping policy
How much?
UK Standard Delivery is £4.99 per address, which will cover as many cases as you would like to order in one transaction.
UK Mainland Express delivery is charged at £6.99 per address, which will cover as many cases as you would like to order in one transaction.
We also offer Saturday Delivery for £7.99 for all order placed before 9pm on Thursday.
Highlands Express is £9.99 per address, which will cover as many cases as you would like to order in one transaction.
Northern Ireland is £14.99 per address, which will cover as many cases as you would like to order in one transaction.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the UK, including NI, Highlands. Just make sure you select and pay for the correct delivery service to avoid hold ups.
How long will it take?
Our couriers delivers Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 6pm. During the festive period our couriers may deliver up to 8pm.
Outside of our Express service, the following applies:
On average, 98% of orders arrive within 24hours. (If you live in the Highlands or Islands, this percentage rate is the same for 48 hour delivery).
Orders placed after 4pm on Saturday and before 4pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday onwards.
Generally, we recommend allowing up to 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. Due to the general vagaries of business (the odd out of can, courier issues, blizzards, bank holidays etc.) we can't guarantee 100% that every case will arrive the next day, but you can always be assured that it's well on its way.
Delivery Issues?
If your wine arrives damaged... Although the utmost care is taken to get your cans to you in perfect condition, on occasion damages happen. If your order is damaged, contact us straight away on 01617265994 and we will sort it out for you.
If your wine has not arrived... email info@leanbrew.co.uk or call us on 01617265994 and we will get to the bottom of why your beer is missing.
